Executive coach, Leadership and Organizational Culture Advisor

Corinne Canter is an executive coach and leadership and organizational culture advisor who works with CEOs and senior leaders across Australia, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States on the leadership and cultural conditions that determine organizational performance.

She spent two decades at Human Synergistics Australia, a global leadership and culture diagnostics firm, working across sectors on complex organizational challenges and helping leaders address the behavioral patterns that drive or constrain results. During this time, she led the consulting practice through sustained, multi-year expansion by designing and delivering innovative, client-centered solutions in complex organizational environments.
Her work focuses on strengthening decision quality and leadership effectiveness under conditions of pressure and uncertainty. It is grounded in a belief—shaped by decades working inside organizations—that the most effective leaders operate with clarity of purpose and high levels of self-awareness, and that organizations perform best when leadership is both deeply human and rigorously accountable.

Corinne holds a Master of Commerce, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Diploma of Education, and has undertaken advanced studies in counseling, ontological coaching, and the neuroscience of leadership. She is co-author of In Great Company and, on behalf of Human Synergistics, co-led applied neuroscience research in partnership with the University of Technology Sydney. The research examined how insight is generated under conditions of complexity and pressure, and how leaders access “aha” moments that enable clarity, innovation, and decisive action.
